During a routine inspection
We found the provider met the outcomes we inspected and had systems in place to
monitor its own performance against regulations. There was a comments box in reception that sought people's views. People were regularly asked to complete satisfaction questionnaires and to comment about the quality of their treatment on line. We saw consent was sought from people appropriately before treatment began. Clear written information was provided to people about their treatment options and the various costs involved.
We saw people's medical and dental health needs were accurately documented in their records. Medical information that could impact on people's treatment was kept up to date. The practice was clean and hygienic and followed appropriate infection control procedures. Staff told us they were happy at work and felt well supported by management. Staff were offered appropriate training to enhance their knowledge and skills.
