During a routine inspection
People told us that they were happy with the care and treatment that they received. One person told us that the staff were, "Always very helpful." Another said that the service was, "Very good." The care and treatment plans showed that the dentist had carried out full external, internal and soft tissue examinations of the mouth before making a diagnosis or recommending a plan of treatment.
People were cared for in a clean, hygienic environment. During our inspection we saw that the practice premises were clean and bright.
The practice manager told us that the practice had arrangements with an on-line provider for continuous professional development (CPD) for staff members employed by the practice.
The manager told us that the practice undertook surveys of people who used the service to identify their satisfaction levels and areas for improvement. We saw that the results of the most recently completed survey were generally good.
