During a routine inspection
We saw that people's needs were assessed, and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with an individual treatment plan. We noted that all conversations about treatment or costings were held within an area where privacy was maintained.
The practice was well maintained, and the dentist had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people received.
All records were fit for purpose, appropriately stored and immediately retrievable.
