During a routine inspection

We spoke with three people on the day of our visit and received a number of positive comments. One person said that he "wouldn't go anywhere else". Another person commented that they are "always efficient and on time" and that the dentist "never does work that is not needed".

On the day of our visit, we saw that a number of people had been able to book emergency appointments. People told us that they were able to make appointments easily. One person said that due to their shifts at work, they were pleased to have been offered an appointment on the same day.
