During a routine inspection
People told us they felt respected by staff and were fully involved in the decisions about their dental care and treatment.
We were told that staff individually discussed with people how much their treatment would cost. One person told us that this ensured that, 'There are no nasty surprises.'
Two people told us that the service had a good reputation and that they would recommend it to others. One person said, 'I tell people, if they can't find a decent dentist, try this one.'
Four people commented on the warm welcome they always received. One person told us, 'Staff are always happy.' A view shared by others who told us it promoted a friendly atmosphere. One person told us, 'I know no one likes going to the dentist, but having music playing in the surgery helps me relax.'
People told us that they found the service always to be clean and tidy.
