During a routine inspection
Other people we spoke with made positive comments about the service and told us that the dentist always asked for their consent before commencing treatment.
People's needs were assessed and treatment was carried out according to their individual treatment plan. Records were maintained and these were audited. Other audits were carried out to monitor the quality of the service provided including gaining the views of people who used the service.
Arrangements were in place to deal with unforeseen emergencies and staff were trained in resuscitation techniques as part of their continuing professional development. Staff told us about other training they completed and said they felt supported.
