During a routine inspection
As part of our visit, we spoke with seven people who were registered with the practice. We also spoke with staff about working at the practice.
People that used the practice told us that they were happy with the quality of treatment received. They felt they were given enough information about their treatment options and the relevant fees, and were able to ask all the questions they wanted to.
Comments in the eighteen questionnaires that we received included:-
'Welcoming, efficient, friendly and professional.'
'We are very pleased with the service and they make us very welcome and at ease.'
'Attentive, on time, kept up to date during inspections/check ups.'
'Dentist always attentive.'
'Endeavour to accommodate emergencies.'
People told us that the practice was clean and tidy and had no concerns about hygiene standards.
