During a routine inspection
They confirmed that the dentist always explained what they were doing, what they had found during examination and what the treatment options were. They confirmed they had received information to enable them to decide upon treatment options.
We reviewed patient thank you cards sent to the practice. These recorded very positive comments about the care they received.
'Thank you for putting things right in your usual excellent and professional way.'
'Thank you for suggesting the treatment. I was really unsure when you first mentioned it but now I am very pleased you did.'
'Thank you for looking after me for a lot of years ' you have done a wonderful job.'
