During a routine inspection
People told us they were very satisfied with the service. They said they did not have to wait too long for appointments. People said their treatment was always explained and discussed with them, including choices about treatment and costs.
People said, 'It's always nice and clean, they tell you what they are doing, they don't just do it, they're friendly as well.' 'They do great work.' 'The staff here are really friendly and helpful.' A sample of comments in patient survey results were, 'Nice staff.' 'Satisfactory, good results.' 'Very professional, helpful and friendly. Overall it's been a very relaxed and professional experience.'
People were respected and involved in decisions about their treatment.
People's care and welfare was promoted during their course of treatment and they were protected from risk of harm.
There were effective systems in place to ensure that people were safeguarded from abuse.
All areas of the premises were clean and well organised.
Effective quality assurance systems made sure that people continued to receive a good service.
