During a routine inspection
People told us they felt respected by staff and were fully involved in the decisions about their dental care and treatment.
Where a problem had occurred with their brace, people told us staff ensured they were seen quickly. One person told us, 'Very good here, whenever there is a problem just ring up and say, and they get you in that day or the next.'
People who paid privately for their treatment told us that staff had spent time with them to discuss their treatment options and the costs involved. They told us they did not feel pressured to make any decisions. One person said, 'They (staff) gave me all the information and prices, didn't even get a pushy phone call, it was me who contacted them.'
When we asked people if they would recommend the service to others, they told us they would. One person replied, 'Yes I would definitely and I have.'
People said that they found the service always to be clean and tidy. One person told us that they had, 'No concerns at all' over the standard of cleanliness.
