During a routine inspection
All the people we spoke with were happy with the provider. One person told us they were 'happy with everything'. Another person stated that staff were 'friendly, respectful and helpful'.
All people found it easy to get appointments including emergency appointments. One person stated 'if I have a problem I get in within a day'. None of the people we spoke with had the need to complain.
All the staff we spoke with were very happy and felt supported by the provider. They felt that there was a strong emphasis on training and were given time to complete this.
