During a routine inspection
We spoke with five people who had recently attended the practice. People described the practice as being welcoming and friendly. People also spoke positively about the quality of the service they had received. One person told us, 'He is a fantastic dentist. I found him again after he left his old practice because I wanted to stay with him.'
People told us that they could get an appointment when they needed one, and that the staff were always polite and helpful. One person said, "They can't help you enough.' Another person said, 'They are a really good team.'
During our visit we saw the practice was clean and tidy. Processes were in place to ensure that equipment was safe to use and high levels of cleanliness maintained.
The practice had processes in place to monitor people's views about the service offered. We saw evidence of comments patients had made regarding the practice, and evidence that these suggestions had been implemented.
