During a routine inspection
Three people told us parking was a 'nuisance'. We saw that limited parking was only accessible a distance away from the entrance to the practice. However, disabled parking was available; and because of this one person told us 'parking was first class'.
We inspected five of the sixteen outcomes of the Essential Standards. We found the practice to be compliant in all five areas.
We found people's privacy, dignity and independence were respected and people experienced care, treatment and support which met their needs and protected their rights.
People who used the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening. People were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed.
