During a routine inspection
Appropriate medical and healthcare history was sought from patients and updated before subsequent treatment was provided. Patients were happy that staff treated them with respect and individuality. Appropriate emergency equipment was available and staff were trained to use it.
Infection control was appropriately carried out and managed and staff had also received training in this area. Staff also received a range of other training relevant to their role and were supported through team meetings, appraisals and policies and procedures.
The practice had systems in place to monitor patient satisfaction and had taken action in response to suggestions made.
