During a routine inspection
Treatment was carried out in a clean and hygienic environment. The practice had processes to ensure that the clinical environment and equipment was clean. Staff had been trained in infection control and were aware of the processes to ensure that the clinical rooms and equipment were safe to use. Equipment used in the surgery was serviced regularly. Staff told us they felt well supported by the provider in carrying out their roles. We saw that staff had up to date and relevant training. The practice conducted internal audits regularly and had processes to ensure that patients were asked for their feedback and that this feedback was taken into consideration.
