During a routine inspection
Both the patients we spoke with said the practice was friendly, welcoming and informative. They said that patients were listened to in all areas of the practice and that the surgery was clean throughout. We found that there was evidence of a well-supported staff who were given support and encouragement in their personal development.
We found that all patients were given sufficient information to give an informed consent, and the staff were well trained and caring. The practice was well led by the practice owner and the staff were found to be well organised.
