During an inspection looking at part of the service
We found that procedures were in place and guidance was followed so people who use the service were protected from the risk of infection.
We found that procedures were in place and guidance was followed so people who use the service were protected from the risk of infection.
We found that people who used the service were cared for in a clean and hygienic environment. However the provider did not have an effective system of stock rotation ensuring that people would be protected from risk of infection.
We found that people who used the service were cared for, or supported by, suitably qualified, skilled and experienced staff. We saw that there was an effective complaints system available and accessible to people who used the service. Comments and complaints made by people who used the service were responded to appropriately, and people were provided with information about how their complaint had been handled.
One person we spoke with told us, "I am generally really happy with the service here, we talk about our families and the girls that work here are really great." Another person told us "It is fantastic I would definitely recommend it to others."
