During a routine inspection
We found that people were able to express their views and were involved in making decisions about their care and treatment. There were appropriate emergency procedures in place including emergency drugs and resuscitation equipment. We found that treatments were only carried out after an assessment of people's needs, and in most cases their medical history information was checked to ensure that any treatments provided were safe. Staff were aware of their responsibility to protect vulnerable adults and children. The provider had infection control policies and procedures in place and we observed that staff followed these procedures. We found that the provider had appropriate records management systems in place.
