During a routine inspection

We spoke with three people using the service. One person told us, 'This dentist practice would get the best top marks that you could give.' Another said, 'It's just good. Everybody's nice. Friendly.' The third commented, 'It's always been brilliant.'

All three people thought the dentist assessed them thoroughly. One person had felt anxious about visiting dentists but said they no longer did because, "They make you feel at ease."

The people we spoke with were not sure they would know what to do if they had concerns about the service. All three people said they felt safe or very safe using the service. One person commented, 'This is a place where you always feel secure. You're happy. It's like coming to see a friend.'

They all thought it was clean. They noticed that the dentist and nurses wore disposable gloves and other protective clothing to prevent cross contamination. They said they had been offered protective clothing and glasses during treatment.
