During a routine inspection
All of the people we spoke to told us they had not seen the practices complaints procedure. All told us they had never had any reason to make a complaint but they would tell practice staff or the dentist if they had any concerns and they were confident their concerns would be dealt with.
Two people told us they had been attending the practice for over twenty years and they were very happy with the treatment they had received throughout that time.
We spoke to SW London NHS Primary Care Contracting team. They told us the practice was seen as a “Best Practise” practice and had achieved the British Dental Association’s “Good Practice” scheme accreditation.
