During a routine inspection
We talked to three of the people who were receiving treatment at the time of our inspection. They told us 'I am happy here ' the staff are friendly. Prices are what you'd expect. The dentist is friendly and keeps you informed'. 'It's a good practice. The staff are never miserable!' 'I feel totally confident with (the dentist).' 'They're ahead of the game.'
We asked the staff and the dentist to show us how they kept records in such a way as to make sure people were safe and properly cared for and were involved in their treatment. We also looked at the arrangements for cleaning dental instruments so as to make sure that any risk of infection was minimised.
