During a routine inspection
During our visit, we found that people's privacy and dignity were respected. Information was available to people about the practice, the services it provided and the fees charged. Treatment had been discussed with the patients so that they were able to make an informed decision. Regular audits of cleanliness and infection control had been carried out, so that patients received treatment in a safe environment. Staff had received the relevant training and support for the work they did. There was a quality assurance system in place to assess and monitor the quality of service.
