During a routine inspection
People told us they were always asked for either written or verbal consent prior to treatments and they were given the information they required to make informed decisions. The records we saw confirmed this.
People told us they felt safe and we saw that the provider had taken all reasonable steps to ensure that they responded appropriately to any allegations or suspicions of abuse for both adults and children.
People told us the surgery and waiting areas were always clean and tidy. We found that there were systems in place which ensured that the environment was clean and infection risks were appropriately managed.
People told us they would feel confident to make a complaint if the need arose. The provider had a system in place which they had used effectively to attempt to resolve any complaints.
