During a routine inspection
There were arrangements in place to deal with possible emergencies. The oxygen and emergency drugs were stored securely and were readily available to staff should they be needed. Staff talked confidently about what to do in an emergency. Staff had received training in basic life support skills and cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the past 12 months.
The patients we spoke with said Marfield House Dental was always clean. One person said, "It is really clean". Another said, "The building is comfortable and beautifully clean".
The provider had an appropriate system in place for gathering, recording and evaluating information about the quality and safety of care they provided.
