During a routine inspection
One patient told us that the staff were 'Very professional and informative' whilst another told us that they 'Would not go anywhere else.'
We were told by patients that they were able to get appointments when they needed to. We saw that patients were spoken to in a kind and considerate manner.
We looked at treatment records and saw that patients were asked about their overall health at each appointment they attended.
We found that staff were trained to identify different forms of abuse against vulnerable adults and knew who to contact if they had any concerns.
The practice had systems in place to monitor the quality of the service and the manager provided appropriate records to us in relation to the suitability of staff who worked there.
