During a routine inspection
One person said "I have been coming here for fifty years and I have always been happy with the service, I wouldn't go anywhere else" another said "they offer a very personal service and always recognise me by name on the phone".
People we spoke with told us the dentist always explained treatment options and was clear about the costs. One person said "the dentist is very upfront, there are never any surprises".
Satisfaction surveys had been completed annually to establish people's views of the service, and improvements had been made as a result of the findings.
The practice had recently undergone a refurbishment and we observed a high standard of cleanliness. There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection.
Staff had appropriate professional development and fully supported to carry out their work effectively.
