During a routine inspection
Patients confirmed they had completed a medical history form and this was reviewed before each new course of treatment to make sure the information was up to date. Patients said they were satisfied with the treatment they received and the staff were helpful and treated them well. One person said of the practice it 'runs like clockwork.'
Patients said they were satisfied with the service they received, but should they ever have any concerns they would feel confident to raise them with the staff.
