During a routine inspection

The practice had five surgeries, two of these were accessible for people with mobility difficulties. The practice manager made available all the records we asked to see. The practice had systems in place to monitor and reduce cross infection, safeguard vulnerable people and investigate complaints. There was the opportunity for people to air their views through the patient satisfaction survey and leave their comments in the suggestion box. We saw that the information gathered was used to improve quality of care.

We spoke with four people who were attending the practice. People were complimentary about the dental care and treatment they received and one person told us: "I travel quite a way to see my dentist and would never change, they know how to look after me here, the staff are extremely sensitive and friendly."

Another person told us:"I have been coming here for years, the staff know me and my teeth are in such good condition that I just have check ups."
