During a routine inspection
Patients said they had not had to wait long for appointments. One patient told us that for their "Emergency appointment, I was asked if I would like to wait and I was fitted in very quickly".
Patients told us they felt safe at the practice and found the dental team professional and reassuring.
Patients told us the practice was always clean and the staff made patients feel welcome and relaxed. Whilst patients told us they had no concerns regarding the cleanliness of the practice, we found one treatment room had decontamination processes that were incomplete.
The practice provided opportunities to patients to feed back their views in person. One patient told us they were "Happy to raise any concerns if I needed to" and felt the practice would act upon their concerns promptly.
