During a routine inspection
' We are given plenty of good information regarding any procedures and the dentist explains any possible risks'
'You are given time to decide whether or not to go ahead with any treatment after it had been explained'.
'If I had any complaints I would send a letter, but I have never had any cause to complain'.
'The practice is always clean, the staff are polite and the treatment is the best'
