During a routine inspection
Patients told us that the prescribed dental procedures were explained. One patient said that all their questions were answered about their treatment. They told us everything was explained clearly, including cost. They said it was 'Fantastic to be made aware (of the cost) before making a decision.'
Patients said the dental practice and treatment rooms were clean and tidy.
We saw that the dental practice used 'patient questionnaires' to ask patients for their feedback and views about the dental services they received. We saw a file of the completed questionnaires. Comments included 'Professional, reliable and friendly' and 'X is the nicest dentist I've ever had, and my daughter loves coming here too'.
