During a routine inspection
People that used the practice told us that they were happy with the quality of treatment received. One person told us, 'They are absolutely excellent, they make you feel welcome. I'm really impressed.' Another person said, 'It's clean and well equipped with prompt service.' People told us they felt they were given enough information about their treatment options and were able to ask questions.
We observed that the practice was clean and tidy and people we spoke with told us that this was also the case when they attended their dental appointments. Processes were in place to ensure that equipment was safe to use and high levels of cleanliness maintained.
Staff had been trained how to recognise signs of abuse and knew how to report concerns.
We saw that staff were supported to be trained to an appropriate standard and we looked at records which showed that the provider was regularly monitoring the quality of its service.
