During a routine inspection
We observed that the orthodontist consulted and chatted with the patients and spoke with the parents where the patient was a child.
We noted from the review of records that people were asked for their consent and were offered treatment plans detailing their proposed treatment. People were consulted about treatment and had time to consider the options.
People who used the service and parents told us they were very pleased with the service they had received at the practice. Staff we spoke with spoke positively about their experience of working at the practice and were well supported. We observed staff to wear protective equipment where appropriate and when working in clinical areas. People who used the service were asked for feedback on the quality of care they experienced.
