During a routine inspection
We spoke with two patients, four members of staff ,the practice manager and a dentist.
We also looked at records. These included care plans, records of meetings and information about how the service operated. We also looked at information from surveys undertaken by the provider to assess the quality of service.
Patients we spoke with said they were happy with the care and support they received, felt it was delivered in a safe way and that the practice was clean and hygienic. They told us that the dentists and staff offered them advice and explained the options available to them.
One patient told us, 'I feel everything is done in your best interests. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.'
We observed members of staff were very well dressed in smart uniforms and witnessed them interacting with patients in courteous, polite and efficient manner.
