During a routine inspection
They told us that consultations and treatments were undertaken in private and they felt their privacy was respected.
The people spoken with also reported that appointments were flexible to meet their needs and the practice was accessible, comfortable and clean. Some comments made were; -
'It's a very good service. I am happy with the advice and treatment I receive.'
'I get a wonderful service. Everything is explained to me, every step of the way. I trust the dentists'
We found that the people who used the service were given information around their treatment options, costs and health care advice.
There were systems in place to gather the views of the people who used the service about the care and support provided.
The surgeries and reception areas were clean and there were systems in place to promote good hygiene.
The staff were provided with the training and guidance needed to appropriately support the needs of the people who used the service.
