During a routine inspection
We gathered evidence of people's experiences by telephoning three people following our visit.
People we spoke with told us they were happy with the service they received. They told us that the dentists discussed the options available to them for any treatment they may require. They told us they were satisfied with the information made available to them about the treatment.
People we spoke with told us that they were happy with the standards of cleanliness in the practice. On the day of our visit we saw suitable arrangements were in place for control of infection and decontamination of instruments.
The reception area was clean and comfortable. We saw that there were information leaflets and magazines available to people.
On the day of our visit we saw that staff were polite and caring towards people who used the service. One person who used the service told us that, 'They work as one big team. They are always welcoming and we have a laugh.' Another person told us that their dentist is, 'Lovely and gentle and I have no fear of going there.' Another person told us that there is, 'Full openness about costs and treatment choices.'
