During a routine inspection
Patients confirmed that the dentist always explained what was happening, what they had found during examination and what the treatment options were. They confirmed they had received information to enable them to decide upon treatment options. Patients we spoke with were also knowledgeable about the cost of the treatments.
People we spoke with told us the following,
'Very pleasant staff, made at ease'
'Don't like coming to the dentist, but made very comfortable and don't mind coming now'
'Never a problem getting an appointment. Excellent service'
'Small and friendly, clean and excellent service. Keep up the good work!'
'Finally found a really good dentist ' wonderful. Always get a reminder of my appointment'
