During a routine inspection
Patients were routinely asked for their consent to any treatment. This consent was based on being given clear and understandable information by the dental team.
Assessments of the patient's dental needs were routinely undertaken. Sufficient staff with appropriate training and qualifications were available to meet the needs of the patients.
Hygiene within the practice was well maintained to minimise the risk of cross infection.
Patients expressed confidence that if they had reason to make a complaint they could raise the issue with the practice.
