During a routine inspection
We met and spoke with staff and checked patient and staff records. Following the visit we contacted, with their permission, five people who had attended the practice for check ups or treatment the week preceding our visit. We received replies from three people using our email questionnaire. People who responded to our questionnaire expressed high levels of satisfaction with the practice. Comments included;
' 'There is always discussion of the dental treatment required and the potential cost of each treatment.'
' 'The dentist is always prepared to explain all services, and costs and I have great trust in his skills.'
' 'I cannot tell you how helpful they have been to me and my family, even when I missed an appointment, they were kind and friendly to me.'
