During a routine inspection
People's needs were assessed and treatment was planned and delivered in line with those individual needs. People's assessment included a discussion about their general health. One person said, 'They always discuss my medical history when I come in.' People's treatment plans included preventative advice.
People were treated in a clean, hygienic environment and were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed.
People were treated by staff who were supported to deliver treatment safely and to an appropriate standard. Clinical staff maintained their skills and knowledge through continuing professional development.
The provider had an effective system in place to identify, assess and manage risks to the health, safety and welfare of people who use the service and others because they carried out regular audits.
People using the service were asked for their views about it by means of an annual questionnaire.
