During a routine inspection

Patients said that they were happy with the service provided. They thought that they had been given enough information about their treatment options and about the contribution and/or fees they would have to pay. They considered that their treatment had reliably met their dental needs. They were satisfied that the practice and the equipment used had been clean and they were confident that staff knew about the importance of good hygiene.

One patient said, 'I've been very satisfied with the treatment I've had at the practice because it's always addressed whatever the dental problem I've had. I like the polite approach of the staff and the way in which the dentist always explains what treatment I need and gives me an explanation about why I need it'.
