During a routine inspection

Patients said that they were satisfied with the service provided. They thought that they had been given enough information about their treatment and about the charges they would have to pay. They considered their treatment had met their dental needs and they were confident there were good standards of hygiene in the practice.

All of the five patients with whom we spoke gave us positive feedback about the practice. One of them said, 'In general I'm satisfied with the practice because the place is efficient and to date I've always had the treatment I need. I've never felt the dentist is trying to encourage me to have expensive private treatments.'
