During a routine inspection
We identified that people were given information about their treatment options and costs. Where needed people had received detailed treatment plans and information about any after care that may be required.
We observed that there were appropriate systems in place to ensure people were provided with a safe service and staff had received the training they needed to keep up to date.
The practice is on the first floor and there is no lift, which makes it unsuitable for people with mobility problems.
