During a routine inspection

We interviewed four patients who attended on the day and asked for their comments about the practice. One of them was a recent patient and the others had been attending for between ten and thirty seven years. All of these patients said they were treated with courtesy and respect, and found the reception staff helpful. One patient described the reception staff as, "Very good" and another patient said that they were "Helpful". Two patients said that they were occasionally kept waiting for routine appointments but was always seen quickly if they had an emergency, so did not mind.

All of the patients said that their treatment was explained carefully to them so that they were able to make an informed decision about their treatment. They said that they were given good advice on how to care for their teeth and gums so that their oral health was maintained. All of the patients' we spoke with were happy with their dentist and the way their treatment was given. All of the patients we spoke with said that they were aware of the costs of their treatment.
