During a routine inspection

People we spoke with during our site visit told us they were pleased with the quality of the service. People advised us that both their dental care and treatment had been fully explained to them. People we spoke to told us they had agreed to the fees and treatment plan before starting on a course of treatment. They told us they had made clear choices about their treatment, from the options of different treatments they had been offered.

We reviewed patient records and found evidence of completed records in respect of patient examination, risk assessments, treatment planning, preventative dental care and advice, appropriately completed personal treatment plans and information in relation to treatment options and cost's was being given to patients.
