During a routine inspection

We spoke with four people who used the practice. One person told us how they were asked for their consent before they received dental treatment. People also told us how they had their dental treatment explained to them and where applicable, options were also discussed. One person told us that they were "very happy" with their treatment.

People also told us that the practice environment was clean when they visited.

We also heard positive comments about the dentists and other staff working at the practice with one person describing them as "polite and courteous".

We found that the practice had an effective complaints system although we did not receive any comments relating to this.
