During a routine inspection
Patients told us that appointments were flexible and fitted in with times that suited them. One patient told us they had needed an emergency appointment and had been seen the next day.
Patients told us that treatment options were always discussed with them and this included the price of treatments.
Patients spoken with confirmed that medical histories were taken and they signed their consent to treatment.
None of the patients we spoke with said they had ever had to make a complaint. We were told that they were completely satisfied with the care and treatment provided at the practice. One patient said 'I can't recommend them enough.'
Patients told us that they were always given protective equipment for example glasses and aprons on each visit to the practice.
Patients told us that the dentists always wore gloves and face masks when treating them.
Patients told us that the surgery was always clean and tidy.
All the patients spoken to told us they felt safe and trusted the advice of the dentist. One patient told us that he was very nervous and said 'They are really, really good and made me feel very comfortable.'
