During a routine inspection
We saw a highly efficient practice that had training at its core for many years. The staff told us they were happy and liked working there. We saw a will to continuously improve the patient experience.
Patients were provided with information about their treatment and the associated costs. Infection prevention and control was well organised and risks to staff and people using the service were assessed and managed appropriately.
There were plans to refurbish the premises. A decontamination room was planned and there was an understanding that the decor was in need of updating.
