During a routine inspection
Patients confirmed they had completed a medical history form and that they were asked about any changes at the beginning of each course of treatment, so the information was kept up to date. Patients expressed satisfaction with the treatment they received and with the care given by the staff.
Patients we asked said that they had not had cause to raise any concerns, but if they were worried about something they were confident they could discuss it with their dentist. Patients said the surgery was always clean and they had no concerns about the cleanliness.
We spoke with seven patients and five staff.
