During a routine inspection
People said the staff were always friendly and caring. They said that the dentist offered a professional service. They said that treatments and costs were always explained before any work was carried out. We observed that the practice was clean, nicely decorated and managed well and effective systems were in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection.
Both staff and people who use the service said they felt comfortable raising any concerns they might have and trusted that the dentist would respond appropriately to their concerns.
Staff had received appropriate professional development to meet the needs of people using the service.
